Overview

If you graduated from your program, but are still seeing all your old classes and assignments in Experiential Learning Cloud, you can transfer yourself to an Alumni role in Experiential Learning Cloud and inactivate all of your old associations.

Add Your Graduation Date

Add your graduation date in User Settings > My Profile by clicking the Graduation Date field.

• The date can be past or future and can be edited anytime.

Students who’ve only logged in via LMS or SSO will be prompted to create an ELC password 2 weeks before graduation. You can also create one anytime on your own.

Confirming Your Alumni Status

After your graduation date, you’ll be asked to confirm your status:

• Remain as Student – If still enrolled or finishing work, enter a new graduation date and submit.
• Transition to Alumni – If graduated, select this option and submit.
• Reload your browser when prompted.

Transitioning to Alumni ends student access, closes placements (which you can re-add) and prompts you to update your email/username if you won’t use your university email.

After confirming alumni status:

• You’re added to the Alumni Program with the Alumni role.
• Associations to classes, programs, and sites end on your graduation date.
• You gain access to the Alumni Placement Process to track licensure hours.
• Be sure to update your email for notifications.
  • To change your username, create a support case by clicking on the Contact Support button at the bottom of the Lumivero Community Home Page.
