Synch school BBS Track to state BBS Track

Steps to Synch:

Go to Timesheets → More actions → Manage tracks.
Edit the state BBS track’s active date to match the school BBS track.
Click OK.
Add a short time entry to the state BBS track (e.g., 1 hour today) to force an update, then delete it if desired.
