Overview

Once you graduate, your account is updated to alumni status. This status allows you to continue tracking your post-graduate licensure hours in the same database you used as a student. The process is largely the same, with a few small adjustments outlined below.

Steps

1. Update your email address in case you lose access to your school email.

• Click your profile icon in the top right corner of your screen and select the Email: field to update your email.

• Your username (the email you log in with) will remain associated with your school email unless it is updated by your program administrator or ELC Support.

2. Choose the track for your state and intended license using one of the following methods:

Option A:

• Go to the Timesheets workspace.
• Click More actions.
• Click Manage tracks.

• Scroll down and click Add a track.

Option B:

• Click your profile icon.
• Expand the Details section.

• Scroll down to Manage tracks and click Add a track.

If you do not see your track listed, request a new track directly from your account, and we will build one for you.

3. Add your alumni site placement using the Alumni Site Process.

• This process is the same as the student placement process, but simpler.
• If you want to continue using a placement from college and it does not appear as an option, ask the Lumi AI Assistant to create a case for you. Go to the Support Resources page and select the appropriate product name.

4. Use the #514 Report to report your hours to your supervisor.

• You can print the report as a PDF or send it for virtual signatures and official documentation.

Important Notes

1. You must be added to the Alumni program to access the alumni process. This is done by entering and confirming your graduation status.
2. If you are pursuing LMFT licensure in California, use the #508 BBS Weekly Report so that your hours display on the BBS weekly form.
3. If you are pursuing LPCC licensure in California, use the #511 PCC Weekly Hours Report.
