What licensing options do you offer for your software?

See the DTS Product Page for all licensing options.

See below for technical details.

What is are activatable and certificate licenses?

• An activatable (trusted storage) license uses an Activation ID and must be activated (automatically or manually) before use and deactivated before transferring or wiping a device.

• A certificate license is a digitally signed file tied to a server or computer, used when manual activation isn’t allowed.

  • There is no deactivation process for a certificate license.

  • Certificate licenses are issued annually. Create a support case at https://community.lumivero.com and request a new license when you need to move it to a new computer or server.

  • Make sure to include your serial number for faster resolution.

What is a standalone license?

A standalone license is for one computer, usually activatable with an Activation ID.

• It must be deactivated before transfer or wiping.
• In secure environments, it can be converted to a certificate license.

Is remote access possible?

Remote access is allowed only for Concurrent Network licenses

Do you offer a corporate license?

Concurrent Network licenses suit most corporations. However, please discuss any special requirements with your Lumivero sales manager. He or she will work with you to come up with a software and license solution that will work well in your environment.
