Viewing Supervisors in the Assignments Grid

In the Assignments grid, where you manage your classes, you can see each student's supervisor or supervisors in the bottom row.

Hover your mouse over a supervisor's picture to quickly see their name and supervision type.

Click on their picture to see more detail (including the site where the student is placed and their placement dates).

Communicating with Students' Supervisors

1. Click on the picture of the supervisor you’d like to send a message to
2. Click on the hyperlink which says: “Send Message in Experiential Learning Cloud” to be taken to the Comms Hub
3. Compose a message.

To send a message to all supervisors, click on the envelope in the far right column of the assignments grid. You will be given the option to send a message via Experiential Learning Cloud's Communications hub, or via email.

If you choose to send the message in Experiential Learning Cloud, you will be brought to the communications hub and can draft the message directly within the system.
