Overview

The new Admin Tools workspace gives admin users deeper insight into the messages, notifications, and tasks that are being received by members of their programs so that they can better understand and support the experiences of their end users in Experiential Learning Cloud.

NOTE on Availability: This feature is available to programs using the Advanced package only. If you are unable to access this functionality and would like to, please reach out to your Account Manager.

Purpose of the Workspace

The Admin Tools tab allows admins to:

• View all communications that have been sent, including messages, tasks, notes, and notifications.
• Monitor and confirm that users are receiving the necessary information and reminders.

Note: Admin Tools displays only sent communications. Drafts are not included. Archived messages will also be visible. To ensure visibility, the recipient and author must both be associated with the admin’s program.

Accessing the Workspace

• Log in as a user with the Program Administrative Functions Plus+ role.
• Navigate to the Communications Hub.
• In the workspace tabs, select Admin Tools.

Using Filters to Locate Communications

The Admin Tools workspace provides multiple filters to help you quickly find the communications you’re looking for.

You can filter by:

• Message Type
• Tag
• Read Status
• Author Name
• Recipient Name
• Date Sent
• Priority
• Status

Viewing a Message

• Messages are displayed in a read-only view.
• If an admin opens a message that the recipient has not yet read, the status will remain unread for the recipient.

The Communications Hub offers additional tools and features to support program-wide communication. Explore these resources to learn more:
