Experiential Learning Cloud: Didn't Get the Password Setup Email

 

Causes and Solutions:

If you didn’t receive the initial password setup email, the steps below resolve most issues.

1. Give it a few minutes and search

• • Email delivery is usually immediate but can take up to 10 minutes.
  • Search all mail (including Archived/All Mail) for keywords:
    • Experiential Learning Cloud
    • password
    • reset

2. Check every folder and tab

• • Spam/Junk
  • Promotions / Updates / Social (Gmail)
  • Clutter / Other (Outlook)
  • Quarantine or security portal (if your school or workplace uses one)

3. Confirm you’re checking the right inbox

• • Use the exact email you entered during registration. Sometimes, usernames can differ from associated email addresses. Ensure that the address you entered is the email connected to your account.

• • Look for typos in your email address on file. If you suspect a typo, try clicking Forgot Password again with the correct address or contact your program administrator.

4. Make sure messages from Experiential Learning Cloud aren’t blocked

• • Add noreply@lumivero-elc.app to your email account’s safe senders list.
  • If on a school or work network, ask your IT team to allow messages from this address and release any quarantined messages.

5. Check mailbox health

• • Ensure your mailbox isn’t full.
  • Check that you don’t have filters or rules auto-deleting or auto-forwarding messages.

6. Try the immediate workaround

• • Use Forgot Password on the ELC login page to generate a new link. This works even if you never set a password before.

7. Still not receiving emails?

• • If needed, an administrator can generate a temporary password for you.
