Steps to Remove a Site or Supervisor Application in Experiential Learning Cloud

1. Go to your Site Placement workspace.
2. Find the classification for the application you wish to remove.
3. Under the site with the undesired application, open the site paperwork or supervisor paperwork (depending on which you want to remove).
4. Click the arrow button on the far left of the site or supervisor’s name, then click the Cancel button.
5. Confirm you want to remove the selected application.
6. To remove all site (and subsequently supervisor) paperwork at once, click the three dots next to the site name in the steps list to the left.

Important notes
Once you remove your application, it cannot be restored.

• You must start a new application to reapply to the same site or supervisor.
• If you remove a site application, all supervisor paperwork associated with that site is also removed.

Site Supervisor — Field Instructor, Cooperating Teacher, Preceptor, Primary Supervisor
Task Supervisor — Backup Supervisor, Secondary Supervisor

 

Standard Term Definitions
Site: The location where students are placed for their field experience.
Site Supervisor: The professional who oversees the student's field experience at the external site.
Task Supervisor: An individual who provides on-site supervision for the student field experience but is not the primary supervisor.
