Overview

Review Experiential Learning Cloud's best practice forms, informed by our work with hundreds of other programs, and adopt them for your program's use. Within the Program Setup | Customization environment in your Experiential Learning Cloud account, you can browse and adopt Experiential Learning Cloud’s proven Best Practice forms for your program’s use!

1. Go to the Program Setup | Customization environment and then to the Forms workspace.
   
   
2. Click on the Add + button in the upper right corner of the Forms table.
   
   
3. Then, select View Gallery to browse the Experiential Learning Cloud Best Practice Forms.
   
   
4. Use the “search” and “filter by tag” fields to search for relevant forms.
   • Select Preview Form to view and test it out.
     
     
5. Select Use This Form to add the form to your program’s form list.
   
   
6. Select all of the programs which will use this form.
   
   
7. See the form in My Forms.
   
   
8. Begin adding your new form to assignments as desired.
