Overview

The Placement Journey Dashboard gives you a personal view of your placement progress. It shows all the information relevant to your placements in one place. Your dashboard displays all the metrics you need to stay on track with your placement requirements.

How to View Your Dashboard

Accessing the Dashboard

On the home page, click View Placement Journey. You can locate this either in the workspace tiles or the left-hand sidebar widget.

Placement Group and Student Information

Click the Placement Group dropdown and choose the placement group in question (only shows groups you're enrolled in). Your dashboard will load with all of your placement information.

Reviewing Your Placement Information

The following information is displayed on your dashboard:

• Student Information: View information about your graduation date, program, sub-program (if applicable), preferred name, and pronouns.
• Placement Information: See additional details related to your placement.
• Placement Timeline: View your placement start and end dates.
• Timesheet Progress: Shows how many hours you've logged toward the required track hours.
• Assignment Progress: Percentage of required assignments you've completed in your placement group class(es).
• Competency Progress: Percentage of competency standards you've met. Even if it appears on multiple assignments, each standard is counted once and based on your most recent score.
• Placement Completion: Your overall placement enrollment status. Shows one row per class tied to the placement group. This card will be hidden if the placement group has no classes.
