Overview

The Placement Journey Dashboard provides faculty and supervisors with an aggregated view of all student progress within a specific placement group. This dashboard consolidates key metrics for multiple students, helping you monitor the overall status of placements at a glance.

Who can access this view:

• Class Functions users (can only view groups they supervise)
• Placement Approvers
• Program Administrative Functions Plus+ users
• Users with program-level supervision

Prerequisites:

• You must have at least one placement group with active student placements.
• You must have supervisor or administrative permissions for the group.
• The placement group must have an assigned placement date range.

The dashboard displays aggregated data for all students in your selected placement group, making it easy to track group-level progress and identify trends.

Troubleshooting

I can't see a placement group in the dropdown

• Verify you have supervisor or administrative permissions for that group
• Check that the group has students assigned to it
• Confirm the placement group is active

I don't see data for a specific student

• Check that the student is actually assigned to the selected placement group
• Verify the student's placement enrollment record exists and is active
• Confirm the student has a supervision relationship configured with your account
