• Be sure to associate users and sites that belong to the same program. 

• Be sure to have the correct supervision rules set up for the site being associated.

1. In Program Management | Staff & Students, select the user to be added.

   • Any user can be associated with any site

     • Site placements typically involve assigning site supervisors, students, and site representatives to designated sites to ensure clear supervision, effective communication, and accountable student learning.

2. Click the plus + icon to the left of a user name or clicking anywhere on the row to expand the user's profile.

3. Click on Sites, Agencies, or Field Agencies.

   • The is the third tab from the top in a user record (the field name/term may differ).

4. To associate the user, click the plus + button in the upper right of the table.
    

5. Choose the site from the drop down menu.

   • Start typing the name of the site to narrow the search. The menu is multi-select to associate several sites with the user.

     • Continue to add sites until all are selected. 

6. Click the Add button.
    

The sites will now be associated.

• Associations can be removed, edited, or inactivated by clicking on the plus+ icon to the left of the site name.
• If a student is manually associated with a site, the site will appear in their Site Placement environment.
  • They will also have an option to select the site when entering time on their track.
