Experiential Learning Cloud: Hide Site Contact Information

In Program Setup → Programs → open a program → Program Settings, check "Hide site contact information" to prevent students seeing primary site contact name, phone, and email.

How to Hide Site Representative Contact Information

Go to your Program Setup | Admin environment. Locate the Programs tab on the left menu.
Use the filters to find the program in which you want to Hide Site Contact Information.
Open the program's record by clicking the [+] icon next to the program's name.
Go to the Program Settings tab
Check Hide site contact information.

This will hide the name, phone number, and email for any member associated to a site designated as the Site’s primary contact from students when they are viewing the site profile in their Site Placements space.
