Navigating the Help Box  

 

Help menu (bottom-right) opens support options:

Request a change:  For submitting service requests (forms, edits, imports).  
Read help articles: open Knowledge Base articles in a new tab; use search to find specific answers.  
Engage with the Lumivero Community: access Discussions among other ELC users.
Improve ELC: view/vote/suggest product enhancements on the Product Board.
Learn about What's new: view the ELC release notes.  
Contact support: to create support tickets.  
My Support Tickets: view your submitted tickets in Lumivero Community.
