Details:
Error code 50030 populating a FLEXnet License Specification from Trusted Storage

Cause:

The license service is being blocked from running.

Solutions:

1. If you have a Windows policy setting that allows only specified executables, verify that the following exe files are allowed.
   1. PalFlexServer5.exe through PalFlexServer8.exe (verson specific)
   2. FNPLicensingService.exe
2. Set the FLEXNET Licensing Service to Manual
   1. Click Start » Run, type Services.msc and click OK.
   2. The FLEXnet Licensing Service should be set to Manual.
   3. If it's Disabled, right-click it, select Properties, and set it to Manual.
