No need to uninstall @RISK. Install the Suite, select “I want to activate” on the Customer Info screen, and paste your Activation ID from the email.

Activating @RISK Suite Without Uninstalling

You do not need to uninstall @RISK before installing the Suite. Follow these steps to activate your software:

Install the Suite
Use the installation link provided in your email.
Customer Information Screen
During installation, you’ll see the Customer Information screen.
Change Activation Option
Select “I want to activate” instead of the default 15-day trial.
Enter Activation ID
Copy your Activation ID from the email (Ctrl+C) and paste it into the field at the bottom of the Customer Information screen.
Complete Installation
Continue with the installation to finish activating your software.
