Overview

As a site supervisor or agency representative, you're able to gain a lot of valuable information on your students' progress in one quick snapshot through the Student Dashboard.

Viewing a Student’s Dashboard and Tasks

You can either select Student Dashboard from the left-hand sidebar or click on the Tasks button on the individual student’s tile.

1. If you select “Student Dashboard”, by default, you will see ALL of your students. Use the dropdown to select individual students. Students will be broken into categories: “Previous”, “Active”, or “Upcoming”.

• • Current: Supervisees with an active supervision rule where the start date is on or before today and the stop date is on or after today, or where both dates are blank
  • Upcoming: Supervisees with an active supervision rule where the start date is after today
  • Previous: Supervisees with an active supervision rule where the stop date is before today

    • Supervisees with supervision rules explicitly toggled to inactive will not appear in any category
• You can select the Tasks, Timesheets or Documents for all students.
• Current Tasks for all students is the default view.

• Select the name of the student you want to view from the dropdown.

  • Shows you the student you are currently viewing.
  • This is the student’s profile view.
  • Student Track Progress shows the student’s hour progress towards graduation and/or licensure.
    • If the student is using more than 1 time track, you can toggle between them here in the drop down to view their progress.

• If you click onto the Documents tab under the selected student, you’ll see documents about the student (please note: the documents you are able to view will depend on your role within Experiential Learning Cloud.)
  • These are the search filters you can use to find certain documents, forms, documents created within a certain date range, etc.
  • Click on the + icon to expand the document you want to look at.
  • If you need to create a document about the student, you can click on the Add+ icon in upper right-hand corner. Documents created here are considered ad hoc documents. These are not visible to the student unless shared and cannot be associated to assignments. This is not common.
