Overview

 

View Your Monthly Usage Report

1. In SurveyToGo Studio, expand the My SurveyToGo Account node.

2. Select Monthly Usage Summary Report.

3. Review your monthly usage, including a breakdown by project, survey, and the overall total.

The report can also be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis or record keeping.

 

By selecting Show Detailed Report, the report includes additional information for each interview, such as the interview date, surveyor, Subject ID, and other relevant details.

 

View Your Result Attachment Usage Report

1. In SurveyToGo Studio, expand the My SurveyToGo Account node.

2. Select Result Attachment Usage Report.

3. Review your organization's attachment storage usage.

If you want to reduce storage usage, you can archive result attachments to your local machine, removing them from the SurveyToGo servers. After the attachments are archived, they become your responsibility to store and manage.

The report can also be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis or record keeping.

 

View Your Usage by Period Report

1. In SurveyToGo Studio, expand the My SurveyToGo Account node.

2. Select Usage by Period Report.

3. Review your usage statistics, with a breakdown by survey, project, and client for the selected reporting period.

The report can also be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis or record keeping.

 

View Your Storage Usage Report

1. In SurveyToGo Studio, expand the My SurveyToGo Account node.

2. Select Storage Usage Report.

3. Review your organization's current storage usage.

To see which attachments are consuming storage for a specific project, select the project in the tree on the left. The attachments associated with that project are displayed in the pane on the right, allowing you to identify the files contributing to the project's storage usage.

Purchase Additional Interviews

Select the Purchase Interviews node to purchase additional interview capacity directly from SurveyToGo Studio.
