My Assignment is Locked

Only completed assignments can be locked in Experiential Learning Cloud. They are automatically locked so that no changes can be made after the assignment is signed and/or approved by a faculty or administrator. This helps to ensure the integrity of documents stored in Experiential Learning Cloud.

You will know if an assignment is locked by noticing the "lock" symbol seen below. This means that it is locked.

You can unlock an assignment by asking the faculty member who signed or reviewed that assignment to use the "Request Changes" feature on it, or you can click on the "Make Changes" button within the assignment to remove all signatures and unlock the form.

If you have additional questions, log into the Lumivero Community Home Page and click on the Submit a Case button to fill out a form for requesting assistance from the Support Team.
