A specific machine or server can only host a single license at any one time. To replace or update a license first deactivate the old license and then activate the new license.

To deactivate a desktop license you need to click on the Deactivate button in the License Manager (under the @RISK icon on the left hand side of the toolbar). After deactivation @RISK will close. You need to launch @RISK again and then you can activate the new license key.

To deactivate a network license you need to click on the Deactivate button on the right hand side of the @RISK Platform Server Manager. This will remove the key from the Activate License box and allow you to activate a new license key using the Activate button.
