Overview 

In order to record your practicum/internship hours and activities and to track your progress toward graduation and licensure, you will need to select the graduation track and/or state license(s) you are working toward. In most cases, making this decision will be your first assignment in any fieldwork course.

You are able to manage your track/license(s) information in your User Settings or from the More Options > Manage Tracks options within your Timesheets workspace.

 

Important: You need to select a track before you are able to record time instances for fieldwork courses.

Get to the Manage Tracks Window 

From the Timesheets view  

1. From the Home Page in Experiential Learning Cloud, click Enter Time to go to the Timesheets workspace.

2. Click on the More Actions button.

3. Select Manage Tracks. 

   • The Manage tracks window will open to My tracks.

   • Any currently-selected tracks will appear under My tracks.                                                                                         

4. Click the Add a track button.

   • You will then need to choose a customized color for this track- click OK when completed.

   • Click RED PENCIL & PAPER ICON- The available grad and licensure tracks will be listed in a dropdown.

   • To narrow the list:

     • Start to type part of the name of a track into the Search bar.

   • Note: Can't find the track you need in the dropdown?  Submit a track request.

5. Click on the track you want and then click OK.

6. Enter a start date for your track. The start date is required, but the end date is optional. An end date is the date you no longer need to use the track.

7. Click the x to close the window. The changes will save automatically. The newly added track will appear under the My tracks section. You'll now be able to select activities for this track when adding a timesheet.

8. Click the Profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.

   • This will open the My Profile tab in the User Settings window.

9. Expand the Details section and scroll down to the Manage Tracks section.

   • The Manage tracks section will be open to My tracks.

   • Any currently-selected tracks will appear under My tracks.

10. Click the Add a track button and follow the same steps as the Manage Tracks area
