How to Add a Track from Your Timesheet Area

In Experiential Learning Cloud, students can add a track to their account from either their timesheets area or from their user profile. These steps below will show you how to do it first from your timesheets area.
              

1. From the Home Page in Experiential Learning Cloud, click Timesheets.
2. Click on the More Actions button.
3. Select Manage Tracks.
4. Click the Add a track button.
5. You will then need to choose a customized color for this track- click OK when completed.
6. Click RED PENCIL & PAPER ICON- The available grad and licensure tracks will be listed in a dropdown.
7. Click on the track you want and then click OK.
8. Enter a start date for your track. The start date is required, but the end date is optional. An end date is the date you no longer need to use the track.
9. Click the x to close the window. The changes will save automatically. The newly added track will appear under the My tracks section. You'll now be able to select activities for this track when adding a timesheet.

How to Add a Track from Your User Profile
To add a track to your account from your profile/initials icon in the upper right corner of your screen, please follow these steps.
                 

1. Click the Profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click the My Profile tab.
3. Scroll down to the Manage Tracks section. 
4. Click the Add a track button and follow the same steps as.
5. You will then need to choose a customized color for this track- click OK when completed.
6. Click RED PENCIL & PAPER ICON- The available grad and licensure tracks will be listed in a dropdown.
7. Click on the track you want and then click OK.
