View Your Time Track Progress

 

Within a Track Assignment

1. Open the Track assignment                                                                                                                                                                                                       
2. Select the Start button.
   • You will receive a pop-up notification that you have been assigned to the track for your class, and the track will automatically be added to your available tracks in your timesheets workspace. 
3. Your new track's start date will be the date on which you completed the assignment.
   • If you need to enter time on a date that occurs before then, you may Edit Your Track's Start Date. 
4. To view your track progress graph once the assignment is completed, go to your assignments workspace and re-open the assignment.                     
5. The graph will update every time you enter new hours on your track. 
6. The widget will show how many hours you have logged toward your track's requirements 
   • If the widget is green, it means that you have met a requirement (for example, you have reached a minimum number of hours, or you have not exceeded a maximum number of hours). 
   • If the widget is mauve, it means that you have not met a requirement (for example: you have not yet reached a minimum number of hours, or you have not exceeded a maximum number of hours). 

Timesheets View 

1. Open your Timesheets workspace.  
2. Select the More Actions button in the upper right corner. Then select View Track Progress.                                                               
3. Select the track you want to view.                                                                                                  

Sidebar

1. Click the semi-circular tab in the upper right corner of your screen to expand your sidebar. 
2. Click the bar graph icon. 
3. Select the track you want to view from the dropdown menu.
