Overview

Authorized Site Representatives (ASRs) can access and update existing profiles for their site in the Details, Attributes, and Documents Tab of their site management workspace.

How to Update Your Site's Profile

1. Upon logging into your Experiential Learning Cloud account, click Manage within your site's tile.
2. Within the site's record, you will notice various tabs at the top of the screen.
   • Details: View and update key contact information related to your site, such as address, website, and phone number.
   • Attributes: View and update key attributes related to your site, such as the site's description, services offered, populations served, required application materials, clearance requirements, and special considerations.
   • Site Staff: View and update the staff associated with your site in Experiential Learning Cloud. These should all be individuals who are either employed by your site or who provide supervision at your site.
     • Note: Staff must have accounts created before you are able to add them to this space. Account creation must be completed by a representative from your partnering university.
   • Students:  View the students who are actively placed at your site. Clear the active filter to see all historical placements at your site.
   • Documents: View and update documents associated with your site such as site information forms and affiliation agreements.
   • Openings: View and update the number of openings currently available at your placement site for an opening period defined by your partnering university.
     • Note: Not all universities choose to track the number of openings at each site, so you may find that this feature is disabled in your Experiential Learning Cloud instance.
3. Click View Profile to view your site's profile from a student's perspective.
