Updating Site Details

Overview

Students or supervisors may request that their site details be updated if they move or change their name. Only Program Admins have permission to make these changes in Experiential Learning Cloud.

Solution

To update a site’s details:

1. Navigate to Program Setup | Admin
2. Click the Sites tab on the left-hand side.
3. Locate the site. Use the filters (e.g., the Name filter) to narrow your results.
4. Expand the site listing.
5. Locate the field that needs to be updated (e.g., name, address).
6. Click on the field and enter the updated information.
7. Click OK to save the changes.

The site details will be updated and saved immediately.
