Copying Time Records

Overview
You can copy a single time entry or duplicate all activities from one day to another to save time when logging recurring or similar entries.

Copy an individual time record
1. Go to Timesheets.  
2. Create a new record or open the record you want to copy.  
3. Click Copy in the time record window.  
4. In the new record window, choose or enter the target date (today or a past date only).  
5. Click OK. The new record is created; edit any fields if needed and save.

Copy a whole day (Track view)
1. Go to Timesheets and select the Track view.  
2. Save the full day of activity you want to duplicate.  
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Track view and click Copy.  
4. In the calendar popup, enter the “Copy to date” (today or a past date only).  
5. Click Copy. All activities from the source day are duplicated to the chosen date.

Notes
You may only copy to today or past dates (future dates not allowed).  
After copying, review and adjust times, flavors, notes, or other details as needed.
