See the video and and step by step instructions below for details on completing your import spreadsheet for Experiential Learning Cloud Onboarding

Before completing your import spreadsheet, first, review the example provided in your SharePoint folders.

Go to your Experiential Learning Cloud Onboarding SharePoint folder (your Implementation Specialist will have already shared the direct link with you.)

There, you will see two folders:

Click on Onboarding Phase 1 – Implementation.

In this space, you will see the five subfolders that correspond to the different materials your Experiential Learning Cloud Implementation Specialist needs to receive so they can begin customizing your program’s database:

Click into the Complete Import Spreadsheet folder. You will see two files already in the folder. To ensure you are correctly entering your data, first click on the file titled Example Import Spreadsheet.

In the Example Import Spreadsheet, there are 3 key details to review:

1. The entire import spreadsheet is made up of four separate imports. These are define by the four sheets at the bottom of the page: Sites, Users, Groups/Classes, and Supervision.

2. Each tab has additional instructions located in the gray header in Row 1.

3. In each spreadsheet, the columns in Row 3 are colored either Red or Blue:

RED columns are REQUIRED and must be filled out.

   BLUE columns are OPTIONAL.

After reviewing these details, if you have any questions about completing your own import spreadsheet, please contact your Experiential Learning Cloud Implementation Specialist and/or Product Coach for clarification.

Once you have finished entering all of your program’s relevant data into your import spreadsheet, please notify your Experiential Learning Cloud Implementation Specialist and/or Product Coach so the data can then be imported.
