Overview
If the state or licensure track you need is not available in Experiential Learning Cloud, you can request that our team research and build it for you.

Troubleshooting
1. Before submitting a request, confirm the track truly does not exist:

• Go to Timesheets → More Actions → Manage Tracks → Add a Track
• Use the search box or scroll the list to look for the state/license type.

Information for the Support Team
Experiential Learning Cloud builds tracks from official licensure requirements.

To process your request efficiently, provide:
  State name
  License type (e.g., LMFT, LPC, BCBA)
  A direct link to the official licensing body page that lists requirements (preferably a .gov page)

Notes & best practices
Providing the authoritative source speeds delivery.

• If you do not supply primary source links, building the track will take longer.
• You are responsible for ensuring your hours and activities are recorded correctly.
  • If you believe an existing track is outdated, submit a request to update it.
• We use official state licensure guidelines when designing tracks
  • Be prepared to supply or confirm any ambiguous requirement details.

How to request
1. In your ELC account click Help (on the bottom-right).  
2. Create a support case describing the requested track and include:
   State
   License name
   URL to the official licensure requirements page
3. Submit the case.

• A member of the support/services team will follow up with questions or an estimated timeline.
