Overview

Prorated Hours

You can change your experience type during fieldwork in Experiential Learning Cloud, and your hours will be prorated. The Track Progress charts will display the minimum requirements based on your selected experience type.

Total hours are weighted with a multiplier based on the experience type:

• Supervised Fieldwork = x1

• Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork = x1.333

Important Note:

If you mistakenly add the wrong experience type to even one time entry, the month's requirements will adjust to the minimums of the least restrictive experience type.

For example, if you select Supervised Fieldwork by mistake instead of Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork, the system will show fewer supervision contacts required (e.g., 4 instead of 6) and prorate your hours accordingly.
