Student-Driven Placement Process

This process is best for programs that empower their students to independently apply to placement sites. Students can use this process to inform the program of their placement information but the ultimate approval is left up to the placement coordinators.

Bonus feature: This process allows students to suggest new sites and supervisors. If approved, these sites and supervisors will be added to your program's Experiential Learning Cloud database, providing more potential connections for future students!

Guided Placement Process

This process is best for programs that have a finite list of pre-approved sites. Students initiate the process by providing their pre-application paperwork and list of site preferences. Placement coordinators can approve the sites that are the best fit for their students and students can apply to work with those sites.
