See the demo and text below for details on the Guided Placement Process in Experiential Learning Cloud

The Process:

1. Pre-Application Tasks

All Students Complete the Following Pre-Application Tasks

Practicum/Internship Application - COUNSELING-1004 (click to view)

Upload Resume

2. Preference List

Students can choose from the list of sites approved for their program in the site list. Your program can customize the minimum and maximum number of preferences students can submit. Once the preference lists are submitted, placement coordinators can review and approve certain preferences. Students can only apply to sites that are approved by a field coordinator on their preference list.

3. Site Tasks

When Students Apply to An Approved Preference

Confirm chosen site (Offline task)

4. Supervisor Tasks

When Students Choose an Approved Site Supervisor	When Students Suggest a New Site Supervisor
Supervision Dates - COUNSELING-1007 (click to view)	Site Supervisor Placement Form - COUNSELING-1005 (click to view)
Site Supervisor Resume and License (Upload)

5. Final Review

Once all required tasks are completed, members of a reviewer group will be notified that the placement is ready for their review. At this point, they can review and approve the student's placement information. If the student has suggested a new site supervisor, the reviewer will also be asked to approve them for the program - this will allow future students to connect with this site supervisor in Experiential Learning Cloud.
