When inviting new sites to join Experiential Learning Cloud, we recommend sending out an introduction email with various links and resources for staff to utilize. You can find a standardized welcome email template below. Please feel free to copy and paste!

Please note that this email is written for training sites at programs new to Experiential Learning Cloud. If you’re an existing Experiential Learning Cloud member, feel free to still use and edit as appropriate!

Email Subject: For Our Training Sites: An Exciting Change To Our Placement Process

Hello,

We’re excited to reach out to let you know we’re implementing a new online platform called Experiential Learning Cloud for [institution program’s] field placement supervision!

Experiential Learning Cloud will help us partner with you more effectively by:

• Strategically placing students with you that complement your organization’s unique mission and strengths.
• Streamlining the placement process through online administration of formal site and student contracts.
• Granting you greater visibility and control in promoting your organization as a training site.
• Simplifying the supervision (and signing off) of your intern's hours and activities.
• Automating the process for submitting student evaluations.

If you oversee training placements at your site or are a site supervisor, you’ll soon receive an email from Experiential Learning Cloud asking you to register as a user. Please take these two important steps:

1. Add noreply@lumivero-elc.app to your e-mail contacts to ensure that you receive the registration email.
2. Keep an eye out for that registration email within the next few weeks. You’ll want to register your account in order to access information regarding your supervisees (and update your own profile, if needed).

Please watch this video for an overview of how you and any other supervisors at your site will use Experiential Learning Cloud. Feel free to respond to this email with any questions you may have. We will be rolling out Experiential Learning Cloud at our university over the next semester and appreciate your patience and feedback.
