Overview

If emails from Experiential Learning Cloud are being blocked in your student’s or staff’s email, or if for whatever reason member’s are not getting their registration invites, you can send their invites outside of Experiential Learning Cloud.

How to Copy a Registration Link

Watch the video and/or review the step by step instructions below for details:

1. Find the member you want to invite. Please note that this action can only be done one at a time as each registration link is unique for each member.

2. Invite the member by clicking the Send registration invitation button.

3. Once you’ve done this, a prompt will appear beneath the invite button titled Create share link.

4. Click the prompt. The link will then be automatically copied to your Clipboard.

   • From there, you can paste it in an email and send it to the member.

NOTE: You cannot copy the registration link until you send the invite via Experiential Learning Cloud by clicking the Send registration invitation button.
