Overview

It's possible that at times you'll need to update information, such as the supervisor for your training hours, on several previously created timesheet records. Sure, you could go in and manually change every individual record, but that's lots of work! You're able to apply a change like this to several timesheets simultaneously within the Timesheets agenda view.

Fields That Can Be Updated

Not all fields can be updated simultaneously across several timesheets.

These are the fields that you can edit for multiple timesheets simultaneously:

Start and end time
Minutes
Supervisor
Program
Location
Tracks and activities

Note: Whatever information you enter into that field will be entered for all selected service lines.

Edit Multiple Timesheets

Go to your Timesheets environment.
Select the Agenda view.
- A table view of all your added timesheets will appear.
Check any service lines you wish to update with the new information.
Scroll to the bottom of the list.
Click Edit # Timesheets.
A window will expand with editable fields.
Click the edit icon and enter or select the necessary information.
- Note: Whatever information you enter into that field will be entered for all selected service lines.
Click OK.
- This information has now been updated for the selected timesheets.
