Pre-Selects

To add your time quickly, set up your Pre-Selects.

You can do this by clicking on the pre-select menu at the top. If you have tracked time already, your pre-selects will be carried over from your most recent session. Remember that your site selection will determine which supervisors appear (only supervisors associated with the selected site).

Once you have your pre-selects set up, you can add time to your track simply by clicking Add Time and entering the duration of your entry. The record will then be visible under that activity.

NOTE: Pre-selects do not filter the entries you see in any view.

Available Views

At the top of the Time Sheets area, there are five different views to select from:

Month
Week
Day
Agenda
Track
- The Track View is our most popular view
- We recommend students use this view for most time tracking needs.

Agenda

The Agenda View of the Timesheets workspace shows all hours on all tracks in the form of a table. This view allows you to view and filter through all time entries easily with the filters located at the top of the table. You are able to customize what columns show with the gear icon in the right corner. The Agenda view also allows you to edit and delete multiple entries at once, as well as restore previously removed entries.

In the agenda view, you can also sort and download your time entries, and edit multiple timesheets at once.

Track

The Track View of the Timesheets workspace shows only hours located on the selected Active Track. The Track view shows the activities list and allows you to quickly add time. The track view also has floating headers, so when scrolling through your activities, you can always be sure you’re adding time on the right day. The Track view is our most popular view!

Adding a time entry here will default to the preselected filters of your site, supervisor, and track, but can be edited in the new time entry window.

Calendar Views

You can edit the color of each track with the pencil icon in the colored box next to the track name, or within the Manage Tracks option in the More Actions drop down menu. Tags will also be visible as a colored dot on each time entry, if applicable.
