Overview:

You may need to track hours to fulfill requirements associated to a sub-program. Now you can associate time entries to a sub-program and show which hours are associated to a particular sub-program when completing time reports.

Associating Timesheets with Sub-Programs
1. When entering time to your timesheet you will be able to add a sub-program to your entry.

2. When in the Agenda View you can filter your time entries by sub-programs to get a clear picture of which entered hours are associated to a sub-program.

3. When running time reports, if you'd like your hours associated to your sub-program to be visible, be sure to select your program and sub-program(s) in your report parameters. The Sub-program parameter is available on the 501, 502, 514A, 522A, and 523 Reports.
