Overview

When you are tracking time on the BCBA 4th Edition Time Track, the requirements you will need to meet depend upon which experience type you choose. The 4th Edition has 3 experience options. Find the experience option you will be using to track your time towards to see how the minimum requirements and calculations work in Experiential Learning Cloud.

Prorated Hours

You can change your experience type during fieldwork in Experiential Learning Cloud, and your hours will be prorated accordingly. Track Progress charts will update to reflect the requirements for your selected experience type.

Hour Multipliers:

• Supervised Independent Fieldwork = x1

• Practicum = x1.5

• Intensive Practicum = x2

Important: If you log even one time entry under the wrong experience type, monthly requirements will adjust to the least restrictive type. For example, selecting Supervised Independent Fieldwork instead of Practicum may reduce required supervision contacts from 4 to 2.
