Background

Collaboration Cloud assigns the purchaser as the default owner of the project file and the owner of the Collaboration Cloud subscription (if another user isn't defined in a PO or the product has been purchased online).

Problem

I can't make myself a project owner of a subscription. Why?

Solution

The purchaser of the Collaboration Cloud subscription is the only user who can update permissions to the subscription by going to File->Manage SubPlease contact them to update your level of access. See this MyLumivero Portal Help Page for more information.
