I can't log into Cloud Projects in NVivo.

The possible error you may see is below:

Solution

NVivo Collaboration Cloud requires an add-on subscription.  There may be a couple of reasons for the error.

1. You are not logged into the correct account in the main NVivo Window (under the Account Name section)

   1. Change the Account Name to the Account used when purchasing the add-on

2. You have not been assigned by the Collaboration Cloud purchaser to a seat.

   1. Contact the purchaser to make sure you have been assigned a seat.  When assigned, you should receive an email welcoming you to start collaborating on the project.
