Background

Collaboration Cloud projects are associated to the account of the project team member that uploaded the initial file. If you are logged into your profile but have selected the wrong account, it's possible that you won't be able to view the project file you are looking for in Cloud Projects.

 

How to View the Cloud Project You Need

When logging into MyNVivo within the NVivo software, make sure you have selected the correct user profile associated to the project file.

On Windows:

1. Close any open projects in NVivo. (File->Close Project)
2. Go to the Account area of the NVivo Home Page.

           

            3. Click the drop down list under Account Name to select the appropriate profile.

 

On a Mac:

1. Close any open projects in NVivo. (File->Close from the top left NVivo Mac menu)
2. Go to File->MyNVivo->Select Account
3. Select the appropriate account in the list.
