Lumivero only uses aggregate information about customer data to improve the platform and to troubleshoot. We generally look at the quantity of data and how long application processes take. Lumivero doesn’t directly access data out of customer files except with client permission to perform requested troubleshooting. All files are stored encrypted with AES256 and only the application processes and two administrators can access the Azure Key Management function to decrypt data. Project files can also be stored locally and not uploaded to cloud service if there is critical data you don’t want to leave your environment.
