Accessing Completed Forms in Sonia

When a Sonia form is assigned, it doesn’t move anywhere. Any user with readable or writable permissions on that form can access it at any time after assignment.

Tracking Completion

• The Forms module (Respondents page) shows the completion status of each assigned form.

• If assigned within a placement group, status is also visible on the Forms page of that group.

• The Completed column indicates how many form action buttons have been clicked (e.g., “2 of 6”), helping you see if the form is fully completed.

Viewing Results

1. Select the form instances you want to view.

2. Click the checkered flag icon.

3. Forms open in your browser sequentially—scroll down to see each form in turn.
