What is the Sonia Roster?

The Sonia Supervisor Roster Page makes it easier to manage the assignment of supervisors to student placements.  The roster screen does not change the underlying functionality of the supervisors.

Positions in the Roster Page can only be added to confirmed places. These confirmed places may or may not have students allocated to them yet.

With the Supervisor Roster screen you can perform several tasks:

1. Identify any placements that have not been assigned a supervisor
2. Work across multiple placement groups
3. Filter and group placements
4. Add multiple supervisors to a group of students at one site
5. Assign supervisors to individual students at one site OR Assign multiple supervisors to one student
6. Remove a supervisor from a placement
7. Review how busy a supervisor is during a date range you specify.

Example Queries:

• Show all of the placements and supervisors allocated to site “XYZ” this year
• Show all placements “Mary Smith” is supervising this semester
• Show how many students "Jane Doe" is looking after
