What to Provide When Requesting a Refund for an ELC Purchase

If you are requesting a refund due to a product or service issue, please include the information below when contacting Experiential Learning Cloud Support. Providing these details helps us locate your transaction and review your request more quickly.

Credit Card Purchases

If you purchased directly through Experiential Learning Cloud with a credit card, please provide the following for verification:

Required information

• Email address used at the time of purchase
• University
• Method of purchase (credit card through ELC)
• Last 4 digits of the credit card used
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

Privacy and Security Reminders

For your protection:

• Do not send your full card number, CVV, or PIN. We only require the last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase.
• Only share information through official Experiential Learning Cloud Support channels.

What Happens Next

After you submit the information above:

• Our support team will review and verify the transaction.
• We will contact you by email to confirm the status of your refund request.
• If additional information is needed, our team will reach out directly.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Purchases outside the 30-day refund window are not eligible for refunds,  except in cases of:

• Duplicate accounts
• System errors

Bookstore Purchases

Experiential Learning Cloud cannot issue refunds for bookstore access codes.

If you purchased an ELC code through a bookstore, you must contact the bookstore where the purchase was made to request a refund. Because those transactions occur outside of our system, we cannot verify or process them.

Please note that bookstore refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the bookstore’s discretion.
