Sonia Client Password Reset

If you are not using SSO (single sign-on; or, university authentication) for the Sonia client and have forgotten your password, you can ask a colleague to change your password for you. 

The colleague must have permission to edit placement officers.

You can also click the Help & Support tab above and ask Lumi, the AI Assistant, to create a case for you. A support analyst will send you a new password via a secure link.
