Why Is the Impersonate Button Grayed Out?

If the Impersonate button is disabled on a Sonia Online user profile, check the following:

• The user does not have a username

• The user is locked out (this box is checked but should not be)

• The user is not marked as Approved (this box is unchecked but needs to be)

How to Fix

1. Open the user’s profile.

2. Correct the relevant setting(s).

3. Click OK to save the profile.

   • No password changes are required.

   • The user will not receive a notification.

Once saved, the Impersonate button should become available. 

Once you resolve the issue, click the OK button, and save the user's profile. (No need to do anything with the password.) 

The user will not receive any notification upon making this change.
