Sonia: Exporting Notes

 

Sometimes it is necessary to export Notes from multiple records at one time to review or save in aggregate.

 

Sonia allows this functionality in the format of a report.

 

Here’s how:

 

1. From the Home page, click the Reports tab
2. Choose Administration

 

 

3. Single-click on Notes and then the magnifying glass

 

 

4. Enter a date range at the top and any other applicable filters
5. Click View
6. Select an export format and follow the prompts
