Map View

Overview

The Map View in SharpCloud allows you to plot item locations on a fully interactive Bing Map. Items are positioned using longitude and latitude coordinates and will move dynamically as you

Working with Maps

There are several ways to add and manage items on a map:

• Drag and drop items directly onto the map to assign coordinates

• Search by address to quickly locate and plot items

• Manually enter coordinates (longitude and latitude) for precision

• Pan and zoom to explore different areas and adjust focus

Enhancing Map Visualizations

Map View can be combined with other SharpCloud features to enrich your data:

• Filter, color, and resize items and relationships

• Use My Location and Find Address to plot items created via forms

• Save Map Views as slides in SharpCloud presentations for storytelling

Location Attribute Requirement

A Location attribute is required to use Map View.
If one does not exist, you will be prompted to create it when attempting to place items on the map.
