Placement Group List Colors in Sonia

What do the colors mean on the Placement Group List page (on the Home tab)?

Answer
First, an explanation of what the numbers themselves mean.

Requested: the number of placement “spots” the university Placement team has requested of your sites
Confirmed: the number of placements the sites can accommodate
Unconfirmed: the number of placement “spots” (availability) yet to be confirmed by the sites
Students: the number of students in the placement group
Allocated: the number of placement “matches” that have been made in the placement group

Now for the colors:
Confirmed

• Green: the number of available placements is greater than or equal to the number of students in the placement group
• Red: the number of available placements is fewer than the number of students in the placement group (i.e., more opportunities need to be confirmed)

Allocated

• Green: the number of allocations is greater than or equal to the number of students in the placement group
• Red: the number of allocations is fewer than the number of students in the placement group

BONUS

The colors can be changed in the File tab > Account page.
The color change only affects the user signed in making the change.
