Locked Assignment FAQs

 

Why is my assignment locked? 

A: Completed assignments are automatically locked so that no changes can be made after the assignment is signed and/or approved by a faculty or administrator. This helps to ensure the integrity of documents stored in Experiential Learning Cloud.

How do I know if an assignment is locked? 

There will be a lock icon next to the document name if it's been locked.

How can I unlock an assignment?

If additional changes are needed on your locked assignment:

1. Ask the faculty member who signed/reviewed that assignment to request changes on it OR
2. Click the Make Changes button within the assignment to remove all signatures and unlock the form.
